How Do I Approve Custom Print Artwork Before Activewear Sampling?

ARTWORK APPROVAL

Approve a dated artwork file before sampling begins.

Before activewear sampling, approve a clearly dated artwork file that defines the print method, colors, dimensions, placement, scale, and the exact garment panel where the artwork will be applied.

Approval file checklist

  • Final artwork file and version number
  • Print or transfer method
  • Logo or graphic dimensions
  • Pantone or agreed color references
  • Placement measurements from seams or garment edges

All-over and special prints

  • Repeat size and direction for all-over prints
  • Artwork orientation on each pattern panel
  • Any special finish, such as reflective, silicone, or raised printing

Confirm the physical print result

For printed fabrics, a strike-off or physical print sample may be required to check color, scale, sharpness, stretch behavior, and appearance on the actual fabric. Screen colors alone should not be treated as final production color approval.

After any revision, issue a new dated artwork version and clearly cancel or supersede the previous file.

At Call The STYLE, approved artwork can be reviewed together with the Tech Pack and garment pattern before sampling. Final print appearance should still be confirmed on the physical sample before bulk production.
