How do you engineer the fit for one-piece activewear jumpsuits?

Designing activewear bodysuits and jumpsuits requires precise vertical stretch calibration. Our pattern makers calculate the exact torso elongation ratio based on the physical data of specific Nylon/Spandex blends. This engineering process prevents the garment from pulling at the shoulders or crotch during movement, ensuring complete structural support and dynamic mobility for one-piece athletic designs.

How do you engineer yoga leggings to prevent front seam issues?

We eliminate the traditional front center seam and integrate a dedicated gusset (a triangle or diamond-shaped fabric panel) into the crotch area. This structural engineering distributes multidirectional fabric tension evenly across the pelvis. It prevents fabric bunching and ensures maximum mobility without structural failure or discomfort during extreme stretching and high-intensity training.

Do you manufacture inclusive sizing or plus-size activewear?

Yes. Manufacturing inclusive sizing requires precise engineering, not just linearly scaling up standard measurements. Our pattern makers strictly follow your grading rules to recalculate fabric tension, yield, and seam placements for larger dimensions. This digital CAD adjustment ensures that plus-size garments deliver the exact same level of compression and structural support as standard sizes within your order.

Can you customize trims and hardware like zippers or drawstrings?

We engineer every detail of the garment. Based strictly on your Tech Pack, we source and apply specific trims including custom-dyed drawstrings, engraved metal aglets, and standard or waterproof YKK zippers. All metal hardware undergoes standard wash and physical testing to verify it resists corrosion and maintains structural integrity during high-intensity training.

What is the difference between your Private Label and Custom Manufacturing services?

For Private Label orders, brand owners utilize our pre-engineered activewear templates, applying their custom logos, care labels, and specific colorways to accelerate production. For full Custom Manufacturing, our pattern makers construct entirely new digital CADs and physical prototypes based strictly on your proprietary Tech Packs. This allows for complete structural control over dimensions, fabric ratios, and specific design elements.

Do you provide bonding technology for heat-fused activewear?

Yes. We utilize advanced heat-melt bonding technology for specific high-performance designs. Instead of traditional sewing, this engineering process uses specialized heat-fused tapes to join fabric panels. Bonding creates an ultra-flat, chafe-free finish with high structural integrity, making it ideal for laser-cut edges and significantly reducing bulk in professional yoga wear.

How do you ensure care labels meet international customs regulations?

We ensure all care and composition labels comply strictly with international textile labeling regulations, such as FTC (US) and ISO standards. We verify that each label accurately lists the tested fiber composition percentages, standard washing instruction symbols, and the mandatory "Made in China" country of origin. This strict compliance protocol ensures smooth customs clearance for your bulk imports.

What is the MOQ for custom Pantone fabric dyeing?

While our standard garment manufacturing MOQ is 100 pieces per style/color, custom Pantone dyeing requires meeting the raw material mill's minimums (typically 150kg to 200kg, yielding approx. 500-800 garments). For orders strictly at the 100-piece MOQ, we provide physical stock fabric color cards matching your closest Pantone targets to ensure cost-efficiency and faster production times.

Can you apply custom moisture-wicking or anti-bacterial finishes?

Yes. Beyond the inherent properties of the yarn, we can engineer custom fabrics with specific chemical finishes during the dyeing process. We execute technical treatments including rapid moisture-wicking, anti-microbial (odor control), and UPF 50+ UV protection. The performance data for these specific textile finishes can be verified through independent laboratory testing reports upon your request.

How do you apply logos to high-stretch yoga wear to prevent peeling and cracking?

We utilize industrial heat transfer technology and tagless silicone printing designed for high-stretch fabrics. The application temperature, pressure parameters, and dwell time are strictly calibrated for specific Nylon/Spandex blends to ensure the logo bonds structurally with the fabric fibers. This prevents cracking or peeling during extreme multi-directional stretching and repeated washing cycles, maintaining your brand's integrity.

Do you offer 3D rendering services for new activewear designs?

We specialize in physical garment prototyping and do not provide 3D rendering services. We require standard 2D Tech Packs or physical reference samples to initiate the pattern-making process. This workflow ensures that seam tension, fabric drape, and stitch elasticity are evaluated on actual textiles rather than digital simulations, providing accurate physical data for your bulk production of 100 pieces per style.

Can you manufacture based on specific regional sizing charts, like US or Australian sizes?

Yes. Regional sizing requires strict pattern grading.  We work directly with your provided Tech Packs to create precise digital patterns tailored to your target demographic, whether it requires US, European, or Australian measurement standards. Our pattern makers strictly follow your grade rules to ensure a consistent fit across all sizes (from XS to XXL) within your bulk order, preventing the common issue of disproportionate scaling.

How can I verify the actual fabric composition and certification of my order?

Every fabric roll used in our facility is accompanied by a Material Data Sheet (MDS) and relevant certifications (such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 or GRS for recycled content). Upon request, we provide third-party lab test reports (SGS or ITS) that verify the exact fiber percentages, weight (GSM), and chemical safety. This ensures the physical product aligns precisely with your tech pack specifications.

I have a sketch but no Tech Pack. Can you help?

No problem. Our in-house design team can help you create a professional Tech Pack based on your sketches or reference photos to ensure the factory understands your vision.
