What fabric specifications do you use to ensure comfort and support in your yoga wear?

We engineer garment performance through precise material data rather than marketing terminology. For high-support and high-stretch yoga wear, our core textiles typically utilize a 75% Nylon and 25% Spandex blend. We implement a double-knit construction with strictly controlled fabric weight (typically ranging from 220gsm to 250gsm). This specific configuration ensures optimal four-way stretch, rapid moisture wicking, and necessary structural support, while completely passing the squat-proof opacity tests.

Do you offer direct-to-consumer "Dropshipping" services?

As a specialized B2B activewear factory, we do not support direct-to-consumer (B2C) dropshipping. Our production lines and quality control protocols are engineered for bulk manufacturing (minimum 100pcs/style/color). Once production and final QC are complete, we ship the bulk order directly to your designated brand warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL partner using DAP or DDP shipping terms.

How can I verify the actual fabric composition and certification of my order?

Every fabric roll used in our facility is accompanied by a Material Data Sheet (MDS) and relevant certifications (such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 or GRS for recycled content). Upon request, we provide third-party lab test reports (SGS or ITS) that verify the exact fiber percentages, weight (GSM), and chemical safety. This ensures the physical product aligns precisely with your tech pack specifications.

How do you verify the seam strength of activewear designed for high-intensity training?

We implement Four-Needle Six-Thread (Flatlock) stitching for most high-performance items. This technique creates a physical bond that matches the elasticity of the fabric itself, preventing seam failure during maximum extension. Each production batch undergoes tension testing to ensure the seams meet the required Newton-meters of force without structural compromise, while maintaining a low-profile finish to prevent skin chafing.

What are your payment terms?

○Deposit: 30% to start production. ○Balance: 70% before shipment. ○Methods: T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal (small amounts), Western Union.

What if my goods get lost or damaged during shipping?

While rare, accidents can happen. If you choose our DDP service, we handle the liability until delivery. For other methods, we strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance. We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier.

Do you offer "Drop Shipping" services?

Currently, we specialize in B2B Wholesale (bulk manufacturing) and do not ship single items directly to your end consumers. We ship the bulk order to your warehouse or fulfillment center.

Do you offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?

Yes. For USA, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia, we offer DDP shipping. We handle customs clearance and pay the import duties, so the goods are delivered straight to your door hassle-free.

What is the lead time for bulk production?

Standard lead time is 20 - 35 days. ○Material Prep: 3-5 days. ○Cutting & Sewing: 10-20 days. ○Finishing & QC: 3-5 days.

Can I see my order being made?

Yes! We believe in transparency. Upon request, our sales team can send you photos or videos of your fabric being cut, stitched, and packed. You can use these materials for your own social media marketing ("Behind the Scenes").

How can I trust you with my designs? (IP Protection)

Your Intellectual Property is safe with us. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you send any files. We strictly forbid our team from sharing your designs or selling your overstock to other clients.

How do you ensure product quality?

We use a 3-Stage QC Process: 1.Incoming QC: Checking raw materials. 2.In-Process QC: Monitoring stitching on the line. 3.Final QC: 100% inspection of finished goods (trimming threads, checking measurements) before packaging.

I have a sketch but no Tech Pack. Can you help?

No problem. Our in-house design team can help you create a professional Tech Pack based on your sketches or reference photos to ensure the factory understands your vision.

I want my brand to be Eco-friendly. What packaging options do you have?

We offer biodegradable polybags (made from cornstarch/PLA) and recycled paper hangtags. We can also print your logo on them to reinforce your brand's sustainable story.
