Description
Nylon Spandex Fabric System: A 75% nylon 25% spandex stretch knit forms a smooth close fitting body for yoga and training movement. The fabric is specified for moisture management and breathable medium low support wear.
Twist Front V Neck: The front panels meet at a centered twist construction below the V neck opening. This assembly creates the visible front drape while the lower band maintains a defined underbust edge.
Adjustable Halter Structure: The halter strap passes around the neck and includes an adjustment slider for length control. Strap width hardware placement and neckline depth can be confirmed through the approved fit sample.
Open Back Pad System: The open back profile uses a lower back band and removable cup pads for configurable coverage. Pad thickness pocket opening and support level are set from the approved specification.
Direct In House OEM: Direct in-house OEM manages bra pattern development sample fitting and bulk production release. Front twist depth halter length back opening and lower band dimensions can be adjusted from the approved Tech Pack.
Twist Panel Alignment: Front panels are cut and assembled around the center twist point to maintain symmetrical neckline edges. Sample review verifies the twist position panel tension and lower band alignment before bulk cutting.
Strap Hardware Control: Adjustment sliders rings and strap elastic are specified according to the selected support level. Strap extension and hardware attachment points are checked during wear testing before production approval.
AQL 2.5 Quality Protocol: Bulk units are inspected for cup pocket construction strap symmetry twist placement and appearance under AQL 2.5 standards. Private Label options are supported at 100-pc MOQ per style and color.
