Description
Nylon Spandex Stretch Knit: A 70% nylon 30% spandex fabric creates a smooth fitted body with flexible stretch recovery. The knit supports close layering for studio training and daily wear.
High Neck Full Zip: A shaped stand collar joins a center front full zip construction. The zipper placement and collar height create a continuous front closure line.
Raglan Sleeve Construction: Long raglan sleeves extend from the neckline into the front and back body panels. The seam paths define the shoulder area and maintain a fitted upper body profile.
Cropped Fitted Hem: Body shaping follows the waist before ending at a short hem length. Chest waist hem width and sleeve length are controlled against the approved graded measurement chart.
Direct In House OEM: Direct in-house OEM manages pattern adjustment sample sewing and bulk production release. Jacket body length collar height zipper length and sleeve proportions can be revised from the approved Tech Pack.
Zip And Collar Assembly: The center zip tape puller and stand collar are aligned before final sewing. Sample review verifies zipper travel collar shape and front edge balance.
Raglan Pattern Control: Front back and sleeve panels are matched at the neckline and underarm junctions before cutting. Grading rules are checked to maintain the intended shoulder line and fitted body shape across sizes.
AQL 2.5 Quality Protocol: Bulk units are inspected for measurements zipper function seam alignment and appearance under AQL 2.5 standards. Private Label options are supported at 100-pc MOQ per style and color.
