Open Back Profile: Features a minimalist backless design, connected only by a narrow, high-stretch lower band, ensuring high breathability and a distinct structural aesthetic.
V-Neck & Contrast Piping: Designed with a plunge V-neckline, reinforced by contrast piping along the edges to maintain structural integrity and prevent fabric rolling.
75/25 Performance Blend: Constructed from a 75% nylon and 25% spandex fabric matrix. This provides necessary mechanical stretch while retaining a soft, second-skin finish.
Halter Tension Calibration: Halter designs can cause severe neck strain if improperly graded. Our pattern makers mathematically calculate the elasticity and width of the neck strap per size to distribute weight evenly without digging into the cervical spine.
Piping Distortion Prevention: Applying stretch piping to a plunge V-neck requires exact tension control. We utilize differential feed sewing machinery to ensure the neckline lies completely flat against the sternum without gaping.
